Platform fee for software access
Platform Fee + Router Capacity: You pay a monthly platform fee (for software access) plus per-router capacity costs. No hard limits on customers, routers, or geography. Scale as needed!
Prepaid Wallet System: All charges require a prepaid wallet balance. Top up your wallet using MPesa, Paystack, Pesapal, or DPO Pay. Platform fee and router costs are automatically deducted daily from your wallet balance.
Router Capacity Pricing: Each router is charged based on its class (C1: Ksh 300/mo, C2: Ksh 700/mo, C3: Ksh 1,500/mo, C4: Contact Sales). Router class is auto-detected from model name, but can be adjusted by superadmins.
Usage Bundles: In addition to platform and router costs, you can purchase prepaid bundles for PPPoE accounts, hotspot sessions, throughput add-ons, and feature unlocks. Bundles expire monthly with no rollover (configurable).
Auto-Downgrade: If your wallet balance expires, you have a 72-hour grace period. After the grace period, your platform plan automatically downgrades to the next lower tier to keep your service running.
Example Calculation: ISP with Starter plan (Ksh 1,500/mo) and 10 C1 routers (10 × Ksh 300 = Ksh 3,000/mo) = Total: Ksh 4,500/month. No limits on customers or additional routers!
